Learn the secrets of "awaken the fire within you"

Peter Straub got to know a simplified form of tummo breathing and cold training via the Wim Hof method. Fascinated by the possibilities, he continued to research in order to be able to delve even more into the origins of the Tummo methods. Through his meditative skills he finally came into contact with the Tibetan master Tsongkhapa, who lived in the 14th century.

The original method, tummo, requires certain meditative skills and spiritual knowledge that many people do not bring with them. In addition, it is risky for the untried. The original meditation is also a complex process that is difficult to apply and integrate into everyday life.

 

Inspired by the methods and meditation practice of the Tibetan monks, Peter used this knowledge to develop techniques that are suitable for everyday use, can be used by everyone and are compatible with our modern lifestyle. In this workshop you will also learn to awaken your inner fire, to direct it and to apply it specifically.

 

The main breathing exercise of "Awaken the fire in you" promotes breathing reduction and activates the parasympathetic nerve, a very important nerve that is involved in the involuntary control of most internal organs and the blood circulation. As a resting nerve or recovery nerve, it is used for metabolism, recovery and the build-up of the body's own reserves. This healthy basic breathing is the prerequisite for further breathing exercises.

Seminar type

This seminar is a mixture of face-to-face and online seminars or can be booked as a pure online seminar. The training dates can be attended on site, or participation via Zoom is possible. The specialization dates take place online for all participants.

 

Dates and course times:

4 training dates: Saturdays 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at intervals of 2-3 weeks (face-to-face seminar and / or via Zoom)

3 specialization dates: Wednesdays 7.30pm-8.30pm (via zoom)

Registration and number of participants:

The number of places for face-to-face participation is limited per seminar. In addition to the presence places, participants are switched on via zoom.

Due to the distance regulations, only 8 participants can currently be on site for this course. All other participants are switched online via Zoom.

The following groups of people are excluded from participation:

  • Pregnant women

  • People who suffer from delusions, hallucinations, schizophrenia or endogenous psychoses

  • People with borderline personality disorder

  • Recent heart attack, stroke or thrombosis
